He will cover research from Columbia, Harvard, London School of Economics and Stanford on what leads to persuasive communication today. And you’ll also hear findings from a study of 30 million emails to learn what it takes to get your emails opened.


Biography

Dan Richards, MBA, is a 30-year veteran of the financial industry and author of “Getting Clients, Keeping Clients: The Essential Guide for Tomorrow’s Financial Advisor.” Since 2009, he has written a weekly column in the online publication Advisor Perspectives and has been a regular contributor to Horsesmouth.com. For more than 20 years, Richards has been an award-winning faculty member at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, rated by the Financial Times as the top MBA program in Canada and in the top 50 globally.
