Members are responsible for reserving their own hotel accommodations for the Top of the Table Annual Meeting. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The negotiated room rate is not guaranteed after Saturday, August 16, 2014.

PLEASE NOTE: Members are encouraged to reserve their rooms early. Availability is not guaranteed and housing may close prior to the meeting.

Pre- and post-meeting date reservations
The Fairmont San Francisco has extended the special group rate for three days prior to the meeting (September 14-16) and three days after the meeting (September 21-23) based on availability.

Hotel cancellation and changes to individual reservations
There is a 24-hour cancellation for all reservations. Inside 24 hours prior to arrival, the individual credit card will be charge one night’s room and tax charges for cancelling the reservation. No-shows will be charged for all confirmed nights.

Early departure fees
The Fairmont charges an early departure fee of USD 50 if a guest checks out prior to the confirmed check-out date. Guests may change their check-out date up to and including check-in.
