Experient handles all housing requests on a first-come, first-served basis. Members must be registered for the meeting to secure a hotel room and are encouraged to do so at the time of registration. A credit card valid through July 2019 is required to confirm your reservation. American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards are accepted. Experient will email a confirmation once you have completed your registration and hotel reservation (if applicable) online.

MDRT’s official housing opens at the same time as registration. Availability is not guaranteed. Members are able to reserve one room. The deadline to book a room at an MDRT official hotel is May 23, unless the room block sells out sooner.

Please be aware that Experient is the only official housing provider for the 2019 MDRT Annual Meeting.

Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or housing provider other than Experient is not approved by MDRT. Reservations offered by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates, however they may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties or be completely nonrefundable. Please be aware of any unauthorized solicitation and report any issues or suspicion to MDRT.

Keep a copy of your registration and housing confirmation for your records. In the event you request days either prior to or following the actual meeting dates, Experient may have to contact the hotel direct for extension of room availability, which may delay confirmation by up to five business days.

Housing schedule


Prior to May 24
Reservation changes should be made online, or can be done via email to mdrt@experient-inc.com or by fax to +1 (301) 694-5124. Cancelations must be requested in writing. All changes are based upon availability and are not guaranteed.

May 24–27
All hotel reservations are being processed and transferred to the hotels. No cancelations or modifications may be made at this time.

May 28 and after
You must contact the hotel directly to change or modify a room reservation. Cancelations within the individual hotel policy or failure to check in on your confirmed arrival date will result in loss of reservation and any deposits. Canceled hotel rooms cannot be reinstated and will be treated as new requests.
