Visit the MDRT Member Benefits Booth to  learn about everything MDRT has to offer. Get a tutorial of the MDRT App,  discover valuable content on mdrt.org, and learn about MDRT’s Mentoring Program, the MDRT Academy  and MDRT Global Services. This is also where you can access the MDRT Store  kiosk to shop online for educational materials, MDRT products, plaques and  other merchandise to ship directly to your home or office.

MDRT Foundation

The MDRT Foundation gives to charitable organizations worldwide, demonstrating the generosity, service and impact of MDRT members. All MDRT members are eligible to endorse a charity to receive grant funding through the Global Grants Program.

This meeting is exclusively for Top of the Table members and their guests. The registration fee includes all sessions, programs, designated meal functions and events for members. Each Top of the Table member can register one guest at a additional cost, and guest information must be provided at the time of registration.  A guest is defined as a spouse, significant other or child over the age of 21. If your guest is also a Top of the Table member, they must pay the full member registration fee as per our policy. Top of the Table members are not considered guests.

Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Register early, as it is possible for the Top of the Table Annual Meeting to reach capacity prior to the registration deadline.

Registration cancellation and refund policy

Maximum capacity is 250 Top of the Table members. Register early to get your spot!Meeting registration cancellation for the Top of the Table Annual Meeting must be  received by written notice to be eligible for any type of refund. The Top of  the Table Annual Meeting registration refund policy is as follows:
Cancellations postmarked or received by email at tot@mdrt.org on or before August 28, 2023, will receive a full refund, less  a USD 100 administrative fee.
Cancellations  postmarked or received by fax, August 29 – September 12, 2023, will receive a  50% refund, less a USD 100 administrative fee.
Cancellations  postmarked or received by fax after September 12, 2023, will not receive a  refund.

Visa Information & Letter of Invitation

Visa Denial
MDRT will not process refunds for visa denials received after September 12. Members who are denied a U.S. visa are eligible to receive a full refund for the meeting registration fee only if official documentation of their visa denial is provided to MDRT at by September 12. MDRT cannot process refunds for visa denials after this date. Visa denial letters must be submitted individually.

Health and Safety Protocols

MDRT considers the safety of our members our top priority and will continue to follow guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to host an in-person event that is safe for all in attendance. Therefore, adherence to health and safety protocols will be mandatory.
