Haidi Huang, ChFC, CLU, is an 18-year MDRT member with two Court of the Table and 15 Top of the Table qualifications. The founding president of the Asian American Insurance and Financial Professional Association (AAIFPA) and former president of the California Asian Insurance and Financial Professional Association (CAIFPA), she has been a guest speaker for many conferences, TV shows and radio programs.

Huang, who transformed herself from an individual producer to an influential corporation’s CEO, believes that hiring, training and retaining staff are three of the most important elements for success. In this session, she will explain how she manages a team of 100 employees all over the globe. She will discuss the reasons and procedures to hire staff, how to train staff professionally and tips to retain employees with experience. She will also stress the policies necessary to maintain effective communication, encourage all opinions and build positive working relationships.
