Chan Man Teng is a seven-year MDRT member who joined the insurance industry in 2012. She holds a master’s degree in financial management, and her primary responsibility is to promote MDRT. As a leader in her company, she leads and motivates her team members to achieve MDRT and she also cares for her society. As a mother, she is passionate about the development of children’s financial planning.

Teng helps you understand your role in introducing financial-management skills to children, including fostering healthy habits around satisfying desires, teaching money-saving skills and sharing the concept of wealth management, which begins at age zero, and the appropriate phases of learning for children of different ages. The process of educating our children requires parent interaction, so parents must have good financial habits and teach the importance of insurance and finance.
