Roles and Responsibilities

As members of MDRT's volunteer leadership, you have distinct roles and responsibilities, and your fulfillment of those is vital to MDRT's success in accordance with our strategic plan. Your volunteer job description identifies your roles and responsibilities, articulating what is expected of you during your leadership year and how your work intersects with and supports what other leaders are doing.

No matter the role or responsibility, your overarching goals are to be a meaningful resource to MDRT members and to enrich their experiences in our organization by advocating on their behalf. Your individual and collaborative endeavors will ensure achievement of those goals. If you need clarity about your roles and responsibilities and what you are doing to fulfill them, don't hesitate to reach out to MDRT staff who are eager to help you succeed.

And remember you are not alone. You have the unwavering support of not only the MDRT staff, but also the Executive Committee and your fellow member leaders. Thank you for accepting the invitation to MDRT leadership. Through your work, you're making a difference today and laying the foundation for a bright future. We are grateful for all of our volunteer leaders. Thank you for all that you do and all that you will continue to do for your fellow MDRT members.
