Networking and Matchmaking

At the Virtual Event, you’ll immerse yourself with other professionals who have knowledge to share on topics that are important to you. But out of hundreds of attendees, how do you find the people you’d most like to connect with? By filling out a short survey within the registration process, MDRT can connect you to the right people. Members you match with will be shown as “People to meet” within the virtual meeting portal. There will also be a social feed within the Virtual Event. You will have the opportunity to share photos, articles and inspirations. Guests attending the event will have their own special chat room as another way to connect with each other.

MDRT Foundation Charity Partner

The MDRT Foundation is the charitable organization of MDRT, empowering members to get involved in their own communities and providing the exclusive benefit to endorse causes most important to them. To date, the MDRT Foundation has awarded more than USD 30 million in grants to charitable programs worldwide.

EDWINS Leadership and Restaurant was founded in 2007 with the belief that every human being, regardless of their past, has a right to a fair and equal future. EDWINs gives formerly incarcerated adults a foundation in the culinary and hospitality industry while providing a support network necessary for their long-term success. Their mission is three-fold: to teach a skilled and in-demand trade in the culinary arts, to empower willing minds through passion for hospitality management, and to prepare students for a successful transition home. Unique this year, 2020 Court of the Table members will be able to attend a portion of the event on October 14 for sessions from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

REGISTRATION & PRICING

Registration opens August 31, 2020, for approved 2020 Top of the Table members. Register early to secure your place and to receive new information and updates about the Virtual Event as they unfold.

Top of the Table members may also register one guest. Although there is no additional fee, guest information must be included at the time of registration. Please note that for a guest to fully participate in the Virtual Event, it is mandatory they are registered with their own email address. A guest is defined as a spouse, significant other or child over the age of 21, and guest registration is limited to one per member. Please note that Top of the Table members are not considered guests. Policy dictates that all Top of the Table members must pay the full member registration fee.

One of the benefits of the Virtual Event will be the opportunity to broaden the Top of the Table meeting experience. Unique this year, 2020 Court of the Table members will be able to attend a portion of the Virtual Event on Wednesday, October 14, 2020, for a special registration fee.

We encourage you to register by Wednesday, October 7, 2020, to familiarize yourself with the virtual environment. Do this by completing your onboarding process after registering and testing your computer audio and visual connections to maximize your Virtual Event experience.

Registration cancellation and refund policy

Registration cancellation requests must be emailed to Experient at mdrttot@experient-inc.com Requests must be received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time to be eligible. The Top of the Table Virtual Event registration refund policy is as follows:

Cancellations received by email on or before September 14, 2020, will receive a full refund less an administrative fee of USD 50.
Cancellations received by email between September 15 and September 30, 2020, will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations received by email beginning October 1, 2020, will not receive a refund.

MDRT welcomes approved 2020 Top of the Table qualifiers to the 2020 Top of the Table Virtual Event. 2020 Court of the Table members will be able to attend a portion of the Virtual Event on Wednesday, October 14, 2020, for a special registration fee.
