- Step 1: Select the city that is nearest to you
For example, if you are in Los Angeles, California select Chicago, USA. - Step 2:Enter the date and start time of that city into the world clock link provided for the session you wish to attend.
- Step 3: Then, add in your city to convert the time to your location.

REGISTRATION & PRICING
Registration opens August 31, 2020, for approved 2020 Top of the Table members. Register early to secure your place and to receive new information and updates about the Virtual Event as they unfold.
Top of the Table members may also register one guest. Although there is no additional fee, guest information must be included at the time of registration. Please note that for a guest to fully participate in the Virtual Event, it is mandatory they are registered with their own email address. A guest is defined as a spouse, significant other or child over the age of 21, and guest registration is limited to one per member. Please note that Top of the Table members are not considered guests. Policy dictates that all Top of the Table members must pay the full member registration fee.
One of the benefits of the Virtual Event will be the opportunity to broaden the Top of the Table meeting experience. Unique this year, 2020 Court of the Table members will be able to attend a portion of the Virtual Event on Wednesday, October 14, 2020, for a special registration fee.

Registration cancellation and refund policy
Registration cancellation requests must be emailed to Experient at mdrttot@experient-inc.com Requests must be received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time to be eligible.The Top of the Table Annual Meeting registration refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellations received by email on or before September 14, 2020, will receive a full refund less an administrative fee of USD 50.
- Cancellations received by email between September 15 and September 30, 2020, will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations received by email beginning October 1, 2020, will not receive a refund.
