These sessions are more technical in nature and offer educational content to help you stay on top of your game, professionally and personally. They are open to all attendees and cover a variety of topics that give you the opportunity to customize your schedule and choose sessions most relevant to you.
Who attends?
This meeting is exclusive to MDRT’s top membership level of Top of the Table members. However, for the first time, we will have a special portion of the Virtual Event on Wednesday, October 14, 2020, for 2020 Court of the Table members. This meeting is unique in the fact that it is not only designed to help high performers gather ideas and work on their business, but it also offers a balance of business and the Whole Person concept.
REGISTRATION & PRICING
Registration opens August 31, 2020, for approved 2020 Top of the Table members. Register early to secure your place and to receive new information and updates about the Virtual Event as they unfold.
Top of the Table members may also register one guest. Although there is no additional fee, guest information must be included at the time of registration. Please note that for a guest to fully participate in the Virtual Event, it is mandatory they are registered with their own email address. A guest is defined as a spouse, significant other or child over the age of 21, and guest registration is limited to one per member. Please note that Top of the Table members are not considered guests. Policy dictates that all Top of the Table members must pay the full member registration fee.
One of the benefits of the Virtual Event will be the opportunity to broaden the Top of the Table meeting experience. Unique this year, 2020 Court of the Table members will be able to attend a portion of the Virtual Event on Wednesday, October 14, 2020, for a special registration fee.

Registration cancellation and refund policy
Meeting registration cancellation for the Top of the Table Annual Meeting must be received by written notice via email at tot@mdrt.org to be eligible for any type of refund. The Top of the Table Annual Meeting registration refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellations postmarked by the post office or received by email at tot@mdrt.org on or before September 14, 2020, will receive a full refund less an administrative fee of USD 50.
- Cancellations postmarked by the post office or received by email at tot@mdrt.org between September 15 and September 30, 2020, will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations postmarked by the post office or received by email at tot@mdrt.org after September 30, 2020, will not receive a refund.
