"The way a team plays as a whole determines its success. You may have the greatest bunch of individual stars in the world, but if they don’t play together, the club won’t be worth a dime."

Recognize a fellow staff member for going above and beyond with a “Thanks a Million.” Visit Human Resources and fill out a short note thanking your co-worker. Human Resources will work with you to select a gift card to accompany your note and then will deliver it to the recipient.
The Good Apple award allows staff to recognize one another via the ATM for exemplifying one or more of MDRT's core values. Feel free to nominate colleagues in your own department -- in addition to your peers in other departments -- as well as direct reports, managers and directors. To nominate a fellow staff member or team for the award, click here, and share how the individual or group embodied one or more core values in their MDRT work.
Celebrate peers for their good work with the MDRT Traveling Trophy. The Traveling Trophy is a great way for employees to recognize and thank fellow staff members for going above and beyond what is asked -- or expected. By presenting one another with this trophy, we get to follow the path of recognition as it moves from colleague to colleague.
How it works:
Each recipient has up to 30 days to pass the trophy to another MDRT superstar. Present the trophy in your own unique way -- at the recipient's desk, via announcement over the intercom, in a department meeting or even one-on-one. Once you receive the trophy, sign the attached ribbon and advise Internal Communications Coordinator Gayle Weinhouse to ensure posting on the ATM.
Want to thank a fellow staff member for a small but thoughtful deed? Visit Human Resources and fill out a “Have a Pop on Me” card, which will be delivered to a co-worker as a special thank you.
