In regard to the recent COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation MDRT and the MDRT Executive Committee reaffirm that they are committed to holding the 2020 Annual Meeting in Anaheim, California, USA. MDRT is committed to delivering the exceptional meeting that MDRT members expect and deserve this June. The experience of our attendees is of utmost priority and MDRT will take steps to ensure the well-being of attendees.

MDRT continues to closely monitor health updates and recommendations issued by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as state and local health organizations.

3/2/2020 Health related refund policy; due to COVID – 19 (CoronaVirus)

Registered, paid attendees who are denied travel due to government restrictions or because airline travel from the attendee’s country of origin is prohibited to the United States (due to COVID-19), will be granted a full refund for the meeting registration fee if submitted on or before May 8, 2020. Documentation will be required from: the government restricting travel, airline restrictions due to COVID-19 or from a healthcare professional, to support the refund request and begin the refund process. All COVID-19 (coronavirus) related refund requests should be sent to mdrt@experient-inc.com.

MDRT is extending the 2020 membership application deadline to March 31 for everyone applying for 2020 MDRT membership around the world. This decision was made in response to the effect COVID-19 (coronavirus) has had on MDRT members, global businesses and local communities.
