Please be aware that the Ritz-Carlton, Naples is the only official housing provider for the 2023 Top of the Table Annual Meeting. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or housing provider other than the Ritz-Carlton, Naples is not approved by MDRT. Reservations offered by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates; however, they may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties or be completely nonrefundable. Please be aware of any unauthorized solicitation and report any issues or suspicion to MDRT.

The Ritz-Carlton, Naples handles all housing requests on a first-come, first-served basis. Members must be registered for the meeting to secure a sleeping room. A credit card valid through July 2024 is required to confirm your reservation. American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards are accepted. Attendees may also utilize Alipay to register for the Top of the Table Annual Meeting only. Alipay cannot be used for making hotel reservations, as a credit card must be provided. Members are encouraged to book their hotel reservation once their meeting registration is complete. You will receive the Ritz-Calton, Naples room reservation link within your meeting confirmation email. Availability is not guaranteed, and housing may close prior to the meeting. Members are able to reserve one room.

Cancellation and no-show policies

Hotel reservations may be cancelled up to seven days prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellations received less than seven days prior to arrival will assess a one-night room plus + tax penalty.

Ground transportation
Taxis and ride-share options (Uber/Lyft) are readily available at Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) and throughout the destination via the app easily accessible from your phone.  Uber and Lyft are available on demand. Please allow 15-20 minutes' notice for on-demand taxi, Uber and Lyft. Drivers will be parked right outside the airport entrance and are very easy to locate.
