Good day MDRT members,
I am reaching out to you from my home in South Florida. I have an important announcement for you on behalf of the MDRT Executive Committee. I hope it will help brighten your day.
As financial professionals, we are called to help our clients navigate the ebbs and flows of life. That is what we do, and that is what our training and our experiences have prepared us for. The current situation has tested our ability to do it at a time when most of us are being asked to stay home and limit physical contact with others. At the same time, our clients need us more than ever as we all navigate uncharted waters.
We are pleased to announce that MDRT has put together a plan to help mitigate some of the stress we are feeling and help us sharpen our skills and shift our thinking toward a more positive outlook.
The link below outlines 6 actions the Executive Committee is taking to help ensure all members’ continued success while keeping us all connected to MDRT. This plan includes special consideration regarding dues, late fees and qualification requirements for next year. It also gives us access to MDRT’s rich collection of targeted, timeless messages that will help put things in perspective and identify what we need to do to continue being successful despite these new challenges. MDRT recognizes how this health and economic crisis has impacted our global membership and the companies we represent. This plan will plan will give us the tools and inspiration we need to achieve our goals.
The MDRT leadership is committed to doing everything possible to help all members help their clients. We are confident that together we will all emerge from these trying times a bit stronger, a bit wiser and better equipped to continue our mission of helping our clients protect their loved ones and secure their future financial security.
As your president, I am privileged to serve you and our association. Together, we will overcome this difficult time because we have what it takes. We are resilient individuals who, when faced with adversity, find extraordinary strength in knowing that our work is important. Its important because it impacts the lives of those we most care about. Thank you, and please stay safe.
