Hello, and welcome to the upcoming MDRT organizational year. I'm Ian Green, your 2021 MDRT president. Due to the global pandemic, this year may look and feel a little different to previous years. However, it remains business as usual when it comes to the spirit of MDRT and your volunteer experience. To help you be the best you can be as a leader, I'm going to share a series of touchpoints that will help you achieve your goals. Each year MDRT members from around the world are invited to serve as volunteer leaders for the organization. Serving in this capacity requires a disposition to perform and lead. Now, whether you're a first-time MDRT leader, or this is a repeat experience, please know how important your role is. You're part of an amazing group that helps drive MDRT forwards, and you can be a catalyst to implement change where it's needed.
