The purpose of the MDRT volunteer structure is to deliver value and enhance the membership experience for all members. The structure groups together different committees who have the same purpose and expected outcomes. As volunteer leaders, whether we help plan one of the signature meeting events, organize an MDRT Day, contribute content ideas, or review membership qualifications, our involvement is key in supporting the strategic plan and MDRT's organizational structure.
