The primary venue of the 2022 MDRT Annual Meeting will be the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC) located within Boston’s Seaport District. There will also be sessions and events at both the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport and The Westin Boston Seaport District hotel. All official MDRT hotels are located within walking distance of the BCEC.

The Seaport District is anchored between downtown Boston and Boston Logan International Airport and is nestled between Boston’s scenic waterfront and the historic Fort Point District. Maximize opportunities to meet and engage with fellow attendees over breakfast or at the end of an exhilarating day. We suggest you make your housing reservations at the same time you register, and no later than May 23, 2022, to ensure you receive any special MDRT rates available.

Please be aware that Maritz is the only official housing provider for the 2022 MDRT Annual Meeting. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or housing provider other than Maritz is not approved by MDRT. Reservations offered by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates. However, they may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties or be completely nonrefundable. Please be aware of any unauthorized solicitation and report any issues or suspicion to MDRT.
Maritz handles all housing requests on a first-come, first-served basis. Members must be registered for the meeting to secure a hotel room. A credit card valid through July 2022 is required to confirm your reservation. American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards are accepted. Maritz will email a confirmation of your meeting and hotel registration once you have completed your registration and hotel reservation (if applicable) online. Availability is not guaranteed. Members are able to reserve one room. The deadline to book a room at an official MDRT hotel is May 23, 2022, unless the room block sells out sooner.
Keep a copy of your registration and housing confirmation for your records. In the event you request arrival/departure dates either prior to or following the actual Annual Meeting dates, Maritz will need to verify room availability, which may delay confirmation by up to five business days. Please be aware that extended dates are not guaranteed and based solely on availability.
