NO ON-SITE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Due to significant interest from our members, registration for the 2018 Annual Meeting has reached capacity and registration is closed.
We invite everyone to join us via social media and experience the energy of the meeting. Follow #MDRT2018 to see the sights and hear the stories from MDRT and meeting attendees.
Members can purchase a virtual ticket to this year’s Annual Meeting and see the Opening Ceremony, Main Platform, MDRT Speaks and a Cornerstone Presentation live from their home or office.

Refunds and cancellations
Registration cancellation requests must be emailed to Experient, MDRT’s third party registration company, at mdrt@experient-inc.com to be eligible for a full refund. Only Individual cancellations will be accepted, multiple or group cancellations will not. Requests for cancelation refunds must be received by 11:59 p.m. Central Time on these dates to be eligible:
● Cancellation received on or before May 23, 2018
100% registration fee paid, less a USD 50 administration fee
● Cancellation received May 24-June 7
50% registration fee paid, less a USD 50 administration fee
● Cancellations received June 8 and after
No refunds
● Ticketed and Prepaid Events
No refunds after May 23, 2018 -
Visa denials
MDRT cannot process refunds for visa denials received after June 23, 2018. Members who are denied a U.S. visa are eligible to receive a full refund for the meeting registration fee only if official documentation of their visa denial is provided to MDRT at mdrt@experient-inc.com by June 23, 2018. MDRT cannot process refunds for visa denials after this date. Visa denial letters must be submitted individually.

Members
Only approved 2018 MDRT members are eligible to attend the Annual Meeting. Spouses, children, relatives, friends or business associates are not permitted to attend any official functions or events.

Aspirants and mentors
Aspirants in the MDRT Mentoring Program may register to attend the meeting only after their mentor has done so. The aspirant must be enrolled in the MDRT Mentoring Program by March 1,2018 and submit evidence of their production totals using the MDRT commission/premium certifying letter. Individuals may only attend the Annual Meeting as an aspirant twice.
If an aspirant has never been an MDRT member, they may attend the Annual Meeting the first time if they have achieved at least 50 percent of the MDRT membership production requirement and a second time if they achieve 75 percent of the membership requirement.
If an aspirant has been a one-year member in the past and did not attend the Annual Meeting that year, they may attend the meeting as an aspirant at the required percent of membership production.
If an aspirant has been a one-year member in the past and did attend the meeting that year, they are may enroll in the Mentoring Program but are not eligible to attend the meeting again as an aspirant.

Simultaneous interpretation
English is the official language of the 2018 MDRT Annual Meeting. MDRT provides simultaneous interpretation of Main Platform presentations and select Focus Sessions (when at least 50 registered members have requested interpretation in a common language) for a maximum of 12 languages. If more than 12 languages are requested, simultaneous interpretation will be provided in the first 12 languages that meet the requirement. Requests for simultaneous interpretation must be made at the time of registration. All requests for interpretation must be received on or before Monday, April 13, 2018. MDRT provides interpretation headsets and receivers to all registered members who meet the above requirements. The availability of headsets and receivers is not guaranteed to members who did not request simultaneous interpretation when registering in advance or to those who register for the meeting on-site.
If headset equipment is lost, stolen, damaged or not returned to the Interpretation Headset counter in Convention Center – South Lobby at the conclusion of the meeting, the attendee will be billed USD 400. -
Assisted Listening Devices
Headsets for attendees requiring listening assistance will be available to members who request the service through early and advance registration.

Mobility Assistance
Attendees may obtain information on ADA requests and medical rentals by contacting Everything Medical. Everything Medical stocks a variety of wheelchairs, bathroom equipment, walkers and rollators and offer equipment rentals, repairs, and evaluations.
