All are located within walking distance of the Music City Center in downtown Nashville.
Nashville is a popular destination and there has been an extremely high demand for guest rooms. Therefore, guest room availability and special MDRT rates at official MDRT hotels have become very limited. Please be aware that once your registration for the Annual Meeting is complete, you will be directed to the Housing portion of the Registration site. If your search of official MDRT hotels shows no availability for your desired reservation dates, we suggest utilizing the aRes Housing System. The aRes Housing System is an MDRT and Maritz approved travel planning (third-party) provider, the link to which will be found in the Housing portion of the Registration site. It is important to note that the aRes Housing System may show guest room availability at official MDRT hotels, but not at the special MDRT rates.
To make changes to an existing reservation or to cancel your reservation, please contact your confirmed hotel directly according to the scheduled dates below. If you contact the hotel prior to the date indicated below, they may not have your reservation in their system. Please see your email confirmation for the hotel cancellation policy applicable to your reservation.

If you are planning to attend the 2023 MDRT Annual Meeting and have not yet secured a hotel room, you may contact aRes Travel for citywide hotel availability at non-event rates. The aRes housing system is an MDRT- and Maritz-approved third-party travel planner. Rates, deposits, and cancellation policies may vary and are the responsibility of the guest. All questions about hotel policies or payments made on the aRes website should be directed to the aRes Reservation Center or to the hotel directly.

Please be aware that Maritz is the only official housing provider for the 2023 MDRT Annual Meeting. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or housing provider other than Maritz is not approved by MDRT. Reservations offered by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates. However, they may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely nonrefundable. Please be aware of any unauthorized solicitation and report any issues or suspicion to MDRT.
Maritz handles all housing requests on a first-come, first-served basis. Members must be registered for the meeting to secure a hotel room. A credit card valid through July 2023 is required to confirm your reservation. American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards are accepted. Maritz will email a confirmation of your meeting and hotel registration once you have completed your registration and hotel reservation (if applicable) online. Availability is not guaranteed. Members are able to reserve one room.
Keep a copy of your registration and housing confirmation for your records. In the event you request arrival/departure dates either prior to or following the actual Annual Meeting dates, Maritz will need to verify room availability, which may delay confirmation by up to five business days. Please be aware that extended dates are not guaranteed and based solely on availability.

The primary venue of the 2023 MDRT Annual Meeting will be the Music City Center (MCC) located in downtown Nashville. There will also be sessions and events at both the Omni Nashville Hotel and the JW Marriott Nashville. All official MDRT hotels are located within walking distance of the MCC.
