MDRT has reached maximum capacity for Main Platform seating in Hall AB. As a result, MDRT is now offering closed circuit seating (CCTV) in Theatre 102, which is also located within the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. In order to process your registration, you MUST authorize MDRT to assign you a seat in closed circuit by checking the appropriate box when you register online.

MDRT’s official registration and housing service provider, Experient, will handle all registration and housing requests and change.

Who’s eligible to attend?
The 2014 MDRT Annual Meeting is open to approved 2014 MDRT members only. Spouses, relatives, friends or business associates of meeting attendees are not permitted to register for or attend any official function or event of the Annual Meeting. Make sure to submit your 2014 membership application as soon as possible.

Advance Registration – April 22 to June 6
Registration forms with valid payment received Tuesday, April 22, through Friday, June 6, 2014 (11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time) 		USD 895
On-Site Registration
Registration forms with valid payment received on or after Saturday, June 7, 2014 (processed on-site) 		USD 995

Registration cancellation and refund policy

Registration cancellation requests must be faxed or emailed to Experient to be eligible for a refund. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Requests for cancellation refunds should be received by 11:59 .m. Eastern Standard Time (New York) to be eligible.

Cancellation Received:
February 3–May 7, 2014 — 100 percent refund (less USD 50 administrative fee)
May 8–23, 2014 — 50 percent (less USD 50 adminsitrative fee)
May 24, 2014, and thereafter — No refund
Ticketed prepaid events — No refunds after April 30, 2014

Visa Denials

Members who are denied a Canadian visa are eligible to receive a full refund of the meeting registration fee only if official documentation of their visa denial is provided to MDRT (meetings@mdrt.org) by June 11, 2014. MDRT cannot process refunds for visa denials after June 11, 2014.
